When Capita wanted an interactive and dynamic event to engage their top 150 clients and prospects they chose to partner with Lemonzest to deliver their proposition.

Adventurer and broadcaster Ben Fogle was contracted as the host for the main plenary sessions and a number of high profile speakers were booked to deliver motivating and engaging presentations. The Grange St Paul’s in London was to be the venue and we were tasked with the entire technical delivery.

A main plenary room for 200 guests, eight breakout rooms, contemporary exhibitor’s space and after show drinks area were all required.

  • The main plenary room saw a full PA system, lighting rig and video system with multiple camera relay. The main screen was created by blending three high brightness projectors behind the set to create one ‘super widescreen’.

Each of the breakout rooms varied in size and complexity with various technical requirements. A designated technician was required in each of the breakouts to ensure that the goals of every sponsor or presenter was delivered in full.

  • In the main plenary room the design of the set needed to be simple in construction and appearance but engaging for the audience. We produced a ‘super widescreen’ central screen housed within a construction that was covered on-site in a single piece of white material – delivering a seamless, clean and contemporary finish.

A simple stage construction was installed by the team and a pair of our LED backlit lecterns were used by presenters.

  • Much of the content for the event was custom built to fit the large aperture screen. We produced keynote presentations for the event that included a number of ‘infographics’ to help deliver information quickly and clearly.

An opening video was cut in our in-house video production studio to create a powerful opening film. A mix of film, animations, infographics and a powerful music track were used to set the scene.

  • The exhibition space was designed as a conceptual, minimalist, visually appealing space in the style of an art gallery. A series of walls were constructed, covered in a single piece of white fabric and up-lit to create a clean and contemporary finish. Attached to these were a series of 46” LED screens, each one running an individual film loop throughout the event.

For the after show drinks we introduced a selection of LED furniture, contemporary floral displays, wall projections and mood lighting to create a perfect space for networking and unwinding for our guests.
