The LZ team are equally as comfortable delivering a sales conference for 100 delegates, running a fashion show for 500 industry experts or staging an awards dinner for 1000+ guests. We know and love events!

  • Louise Connor - Commercial Director

    Louise's years of experience within the live event industry has seen her hold managerial and director roles with other event management companies prior to Lemon Zest. As one of the founder members of LZ she is passionate about client relationships and effectively delivering the needs of these clients. Louise is a people person and her enthusiasm, positivity and energy is infectious.

  • Paul Needham - Director

    Paul has worked in the live events industry for over 25 years and delivered technical and creative solutions for some of the most demanding blue chip companies in the UK. He is dedicated to delivering the best possible event solutions for his clients within deadlines and budget - and adds his experience and creativity whenever possible. Paul has a proactive approach to events and still enjoys 'show calling' wherever possible - driven by the pressure of the 'live event industry'.

  • Celine Orgill - Events Coordinator

    Celine has a passion for events! She loves working alongside our clients to make their events incredible! She builds strong working relationship with our clients and ensures that all events under her direction are ran to perfection. She holds a 1st class BA(Hons) Degree in Events Management and specialises in Event Coordination, Venue Finding, Entertainment and Room Dressing.

  • Daniella Matragrano - Events Coordinator

    After completing her Event Management degree and a couple of years in the events industry, Daniella has found her feet at Lemon Zest and loves the thrill live event production has every day! Her upbeat attitude and motivation makes her fantastic on site at events as well as the entire process leading up to it. Daniella’s role sees her managing clients of all sizes and industries, all with a smile and a helping hand to anything the client needs.

  • Samuel Lardner - Multimedia Designer

    Samuel is the head of the LZ Multimedia Department and a dedicated and enthusiastic Multimedia Designer … and self-professed ‘Director of Wellness’. Sam looks after our filming projects with live camera shoots and video editing content for our clients. Further strings to his bow include animation design, visual effects and presentation builds. He is also a highly skilled vision mixer and is often seen directing multi camera shoots on some of our larger events. He currently holds a BA Honours in Media Production.

  • Nick Allen - Senior Technical Project Manager

    A man of mixed talents, Nick holds knowledge and experience in various fields including Audio Engineering, Software Engineering, and Technical Project Management. Having been working in the events industry professionally for around 8 years, Nick has been involved in projects ranging from conferences to festivals, cultural events to awards dinners. With enviable technical knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and a unique creative flair, his projects always run on time, to time, and never lack the wow factor. Nick holds many qualifications but highlights his 1st Class Degree in Software Engineering and his attendance at the Alchemea College of Audio Engineering.

  • Aaron Goodfellow - Senior Technician

    Aaron has been working in the events industry for over 9 years … despite his youthful appearance! Having been based at some of London’s most exclusive 5 star hotels (before recently relocating to the Midlands) he was responsible for managing the day to day requirements of events and a team of technicians. Aaron has a keen eye for detail and doesn’t ‘miss a trick’ when organising, managing or operating on events. His fun and relaxed demeanour make him the perfect addition to the Zest team.

  • Todd Johnson-Brown - Warehouse Technician

    A computer background, degree in Computer Science (Smarty pants!) and a desire to organise and manage means that Todd is the perfect addition to the lemonzest family. Todd’s role in the warehouse and management of the lz computer systems ensures that everything is where it needs to be … when it needs to be!!

  • Cesca Needham – Finance

    Cesca is a great member of the Zest Team ... and not just good with numbers! She is extremely professional and a pleasure to have around the office. Her calming nature and soft approach is certainly needed on those testing days in the world of event planning.

  • Andrew DiDuca - AV Technician

    Andy has worked in various audio/visual jobs since leaving university, currently holding a MSc in Audio Technology; his other skills include Visual design, Projection Mapping and Electronics Repair. With a background in manufacturing equipment for the live music industry he has proven to be a valuable member of the Lemonzest Team. As the Lemonzest ‘Mr Fix-it’ there is nothing Andy can’t turn his hand too from maintaining the LED walls to servicing the equipment, along with running audio on site for the events he really is the complete package! Andy is a fantastic member to the Lemonzest family & he always has a smile on his face.
