The LZ team are equally as comfortable delivering a sales conference for 100 delegates, running a fashion show for 500 industry experts or staging an awards dinner for 1000+ guests. We know and love events!

  • Louise Connor - Director

    Louise's years of experience within the live event industry has seen her hold managerial and director roles with other event management companies prior to Lemon Zest. As one of the founder members of LZ she is passionate about client relationships and effectively delivering the needs of these clients. Louise is a people person and her enthusiasm, positivity and energy is infectious.

  • Paul Needham - Director

    Paul has worked in the live events industry for over 25 years and delivered technical and creative solutions for some of the most demanding blue chip companies in the UK. He is dedicated to delivering the best possible event solutions for his clients within deadlines and budget - and adds his experience and creativity whenever possible. Paul has a proactive approach to events and still enjoys 'show calling' wherever possible - driven by the pressure of the 'live event industry'.

  • Holly Brown - Event Coordinator

    Holly is an important part of the event and account management team within LZ and holds a BSc Honours in Events Management with Arts and Entertainment. Whilst studying at university and on placement year, she has worked within the hotel industry before making her way over to LZ.

  • Dave Hanna - Project Manager and Technical Designer

    Dave utilizes resources from staff, materials, equipment and technology to develop and deliver top-quality events to our clients … based upon their exact needs and aspirations.
    He has also had many hats in the company - from video editor all the way to project manager. Dave truly is the zest in the lemon.

  • Francesca Needham – Accounts

    Cesca is a great member of the Zest Team ... and not just good with numbers! She is extremely professional and a pleasure to have around the office. Her calming nature and soft approach is certainly needed on those testing days in the world of event planning.

  • Celine Orgill - Events Administrator

    Celine is a valued part of the Events team. While studying at university she worked with LZ on events before becoming a full time member of staff after completing her degree. She now holds a 1st class BA(Hons) Degree in Events Management. She specialises in Event Coordination, Venue Finding, Entertainment and Supplier Liaising.

  • Alex Hoey - Lighting Technician

    Alex is our in house Lighting Technician. Holding a BA Honours in Contemporary Theatre and Performance, Alex specialises in lighting design and stagecraft, always open to lending a hand and learning something new.

  • Samuel Lardner - Multimedia Designer

    Samuel is our Multimedia Designer and self-professed Director of Wellness. Sam looks after filming all our events, editing content for clients and taking care of presentation builds. He currently holds a BA Honours in Media Production.
