The team at lemonzest have delivered a plethora of online conferences, panel sessions and AGM’s over the past few years. But in addition to that we also have extensive experience in delivering hugely successful online awards dinners and charity fund raisers.
Our team can manage online events over many of the most common video conferencing platforms available. We are experienced at creating and managing meetings and webinars for hundreds of participants and comfortable at syncing presentations, videos, voting and feedback into the event.
We manage all aspects of online events - from pre-production (including set-up, invites & speaker briefings), on the day management to ensure a smooth delivery of the event and post production to provide guest feedback and analytics.
At lemonzest HQ (or Zest Towers) in the Heart of England we have a purpose built studio that has been designed to live broadcast - or pre- record events.
It became apparent during the COVID 19 pandemic that there was a requirement for a reasonably priced studio facility in the Midlands in which our clients could communicate with their audiences. So the studio was born!
The studio has been designed to fit a variety of needs and can be set up in various formats to create intimate deliveries ... or larger more impressive presentations. The studio is fitted out with a completely customisable LED backdrop and a variety of screens, audio and lighting effects ... and streamed with cutting edge camera and broadcast equipment.
This studio space has been the choice of delivery for many clients in this new ‘virtual world’.
In addition to the studio we can create various methods of delivering your online event. For many of our clients we create bespoke microsites to host your event exclusively online. The microsites are fully customisable and carry company or event branding and specific bespoke designs. Security is provided at levels to suit your needs to ensure that sensitive broadcasts are totally secure.
